Today they installed the carpet upstairs!  Here is Andrea's room...

It is hard to tell from these pictures, but the carpet is gray.  It looks wonderful!  They have the steps to do as well as the den.  The trim carpenter was there today and almost finished things up.  They drywall guy was there as well and patched up all the holes!  Hopefully that means the 2nd coat if paint is on its way and the exterior paint as well.

Spindles, tile and more

Today they got most of the spindles put on the stairs...

They put grout on the backsplash...

Finished the hardwood floors...

Installed the security system...

They have also laid the tack strip for carpet and started to install the speakers.

Today some of the plumbing fixtures were done...

And so is the AC, they were still working as you can see.

So tonight when I arrived here is what I found...one of the ovens in...

They still have to grout these bathrooms. Hopefully they will get started on the master.  There was a mix up the past couple of days....wrong tile started in Katie's bath and no heated floor in the master.  Tile has been torn up, but now we are on the right track!

Our AC is there waiting to be installed.  Our lights and fans were delivered today as well!
