Sod is finished!

Finished!

Well almost!  Day...

Night...

The only thing we were waiting for was sod and our fence.

Lights and almost there

The lights are in!  Here is the dining room...

Today the removed the floor coverings...

And now they have to finish cleaning!  In less than 24 hours we sign the papers!!!!

Grading and fence

The grading of the yard is done....

And the posts are set for the fence...

Hopefully we will have a fence by the end of today!  It's closing day tomorrow!!!! We are very excited!  The girls haven't been to the house in almost two weeks.  They have seen this entire process and islets something they get excited about.  So all this week I heard was...how many days until we get to move into our new house?

Painted...

Yesterday the exterior of the house got painted.  The girls and I have yet to see it in person, since we are in Des Moines.  Here it is without the trim painted....

And look at it now!

We couldn't be more excited!

Trees and hardware

Today they came out and took out the trees...

The hardware in the bathroom and the doors are almost done...

The deck stairs are finished...

Stain is on the doors.... The door is now darker than this.

Retaining wall

Our retaining wall is in!  Now on to final grading, trees cut down and our fence!
